Bulenox and Blueberry Futures in brief
Bulenox
A Qualification account in two options. Option 1 trails intraday with no daily loss limit; Option 2 trails at end of day with a soft daily loss limit that pauses the day. Rithmic only. One-time fee, 30 days of access.
Blueberry Futures
Ascent trails at end of day with a 2-day minimum; Accelerated trails intraday with a 1-day minimum. Both use the same dollar limits, have no daily loss limit and give 30 days to pass. Black Arrow only.
How these rules play out
Bulenox's Option 1 plan and Blueberry Futures' Accelerated plan trail the drawdown intraday: the floor follows the highest balance the account reaches during the session, open profit included, and never moves back down — a winning trade given back before it is closed still lifts it. For example, at Bulenox's Option 1 plan a $50,000 account starts with its floor at $47,500, $2,500 under the start; at Blueberry Futures' Accelerated plan a $50,000 account starts with its floor at $48,000, $2,000 under the start.
On Bulenox's Option 2 plan and Blueberry Futures' Ascent plan the drawdown trails at end of day: the floor is recalculated once, from the closing balance, so open profit given back during the session does not raise it — but equity touching the floor during the session still counts. For example, at Bulenox's Option 2 plan a $50,000 account starts with its floor at $47,500, $2,500 under the start; at Blueberry Futures' Ascent plan a $50,000 account starts with its floor at $48,000, $2,000 under the start.
A soft daily loss limit pauses the day instead of failing the account: reach it and open positions are flattened, trading stops until the next session, and the account stays open. Bulenox's Option 2 plan sets it at $1,100 on $50,000. Bulenox's Option 1 plan and Blueberry Futures have no daily loss limit, so a losing day is bounded only by the max drawdown.
Bulenox starts the trading day at 6:00 PM ET (5:00 PM CT); a daily loss limit counts from that reset, not from midnight.
A consistency rule caps how much of the total profit one day may carry. Neither Bulenox nor Blueberry Futures applies a consistency rule in the evaluation, so one large day can count in full toward the target.
Blueberry Futures requires at least 2 trading days on Ascent and 1 on Accelerated before a pass; Bulenox sets no minimum number of days.
Blueberry Futures' evaluation runs for 30 days; a target not reached by then is not a pass.
Choosing between Bulenox and Blueberry Futures
Bulenox and Blueberry Futures differ on 3 of the evaluation rules compared here: daily loss limit, max drawdown at $50K and minimum trading days. If you keep trading after a losing morning, look at what the daily loss limit does: Bulenox pauses the day at its daily loss limit on some plans and has no limit on others; Blueberry Futures has no daily loss limit. In dollars at $50K, Bulenox asks for $3,000 of profit with $2,500 of drawdown room, Blueberry Futures for $3,000 with $2,000. To finish in as few sessions as possible, compare the minimum days: Bulenox sets no minimum, Blueberry Futures needs 1 to 2 trading days, depending on the plan.
Once funded, the profit split is 100% of the first $10K, then 90/10 at Bulenox and 90/10 at Blueberry Futures. Payout terms — Bulenox: Weekly (Wednesdays); Blueberry Futures: After 5 profitable days of $200+. Bulenox sells 2 plans: Option 1 and Option 2; Blueberry Futures sells 2 plans: Ascent and Accelerated. Each plan carries its own version of the rules above, which is why they are listed plan by plan.
