MyFundedFutures and The5ers Futures in brief
MyFundedFutures
One evaluation per plan: Rapid, Rapid EOD, Pro, Builder and Studio. Rapid, Rapid EOD, Pro and Builder trail at end of day in the evaluation and lock at the starting balance plus $100; Rapid switches to intraday trailing once funded. Builder has a soft daily loss limit. Studio has a static drawdown and trades micros only. The consistency rule never fails the account.
The5ers Futures
One evaluation, Day Trade or Swing. A 6% profit target and a 4% end-of-day trailing max loss, with no published daily loss limit. A 40% consistency rule delays the pass but is never a breach. BlackArrow only; no Rithmic.
How these rules play out
On MyFundedFutures' Rapid, Rapid EOD, Pro and Builder plans and The5ers Futures the drawdown trails at end of day: the floor is recalculated once, from the closing balance, so open profit given back during the session does not raise it — but equity touching the floor during the session still counts. For example, at MyFundedFutures' Rapid, Rapid EOD, Pro and Builder plans and The5ers Futures a $50,000 account starts with its floor at $48,000, $2,000 under the start.
MyFundedFutures' Studio plan uses a static drawdown: the floor is set once, the drawdown below the starting balance, and does not move for the whole evaluation. For example, at MyFundedFutures' Studio plan a $20,000 account starts with its floor at $19,000, $1,000 under the start.
On MyFundedFutures' Rapid, Rapid EOD, Pro and Builder plans the trailing floor stops rising once it reaches breakeven and stays there.
A soft daily loss limit pauses the day instead of failing the account: reach it and open positions are flattened, trading stops until the next session, and the account stays open. MyFundedFutures' Builder plan sets it at $1,000 on $50,000. MyFundedFutures' Rapid, Rapid EOD, Pro and Studio plans and The5ers Futures have no daily loss limit, so a losing day is bounded only by the max drawdown.
A consistency rule caps how much of the total profit one day may carry. MyFundedFutures' Rapid and Pro plans cap any single day at 50% of total profit, so it takes at least 2 profitable days to finish inside the rule. One day may then carry at most $1,500 of a $3,000 target. MyFundedFutures' Rapid EOD plan caps any single day at 30% of total profit, so it takes at least 4 profitable days to finish inside the rule. One day may then carry at most $900 of a $3,000 target. MyFundedFutures' Builder and Studio plans apply no consistency rule in the evaluation, so one large day can count in full.
MyFundedFutures requires at least 2 trading days on Rapid and Pro, 4 on Rapid EOD and 1 on Builder before a pass; MyFundedFutures' Studio plan and The5ers Futures set no minimum number of days.
On automated trading — a strategy or bot sending the orders — at MyFundedFutures it is allowed in the evaluation and on a funded account; The5ers Futures has no written answer on record. Written answers: MyFundedFutures (read ).
Choosing between MyFundedFutures and The5ers Futures
MyFundedFutures and The5ers Futures differ on 3 of the evaluation rules compared here: drawdown model, daily loss limit and minimum trading days. If your trades often run into open profit that you give back before closing them, start with the drawdown: MyFundedFutures trails at end of day or holds a static floor, depending on the plan, while The5ers Futures trails at end of day. If you keep trading after a losing morning, look at what the daily loss limit does: MyFundedFutures pauses the day at its daily loss limit on some plans and has no limit on others; The5ers Futures has no daily loss limit. To finish in as few sessions as possible, compare the minimum days: MyFundedFutures sets no minimum on some plans and up to 4 trading days on others, The5ers Futures sets no minimum.
Once funded, the profit split is 90/10 (Rapid) · 80/20 (Pro, Builder, Studio) at MyFundedFutures and 80/20 at The5ers Futures. Payout terms — MyFundedFutures: Rapid every 24h · Pro every 14 days · Builder every 48h; The5ers Futures: Bi-weekly (every 14 days). MyFundedFutures sells 4 plans: Rapid, Pro, Builder and Studio; The5ers Futures sells one evaluation model. Each plan carries its own version of the rules above, which is why they are listed plan by plan. If a strategy or bot will send your orders, MyFundedFutures' written answer is allowed in the evaluation and on a funded account, and The5ers Futures has no written answer on record.
