Take Profit Trader and UProfit in brief

Take Profit Trader

One evaluation, the Test, followed by a PRO funded account. The drawdown trails at end of day in the Test and stops trailing at the starting balance. No daily loss limit. A 50% consistency rule raises the goal but never fails the account. Minimum 3 trading days.

UProfit

DAY 2.0 comes as Soft, where the daily loss limit pauses trading until the next session without a breach, or Flex, with no daily loss limit. The drawdown trails at end of day up to the starting balance. A 50% consistency rule in the evaluation never fails the account.

How these rules play out

On Take Profit Trader and UProfit the drawdown trails at end of day: the floor is recalculated once, from the closing balance, so open profit given back during the session does not raise it — but equity touching the floor during the session still counts. For example, at Take Profit Trader and UProfit a $50,000 account starts with its floor at $48,000, $2,000 under the start.

On Take Profit Trader and UProfit the trailing floor stops rising once it reaches breakeven and stays there.

A soft daily loss limit pauses the day instead of failing the account: reach it and open positions are flattened, trading stops until the next session, and the account stays open. UProfit's DAY 2.0 Soft plan sets it at $1,100 on $50,000. Take Profit Trader and UProfit's DAY 2.0 Flex plan have no daily loss limit, so a losing day is bounded only by the max drawdown.

Take Profit Trader starts the trading day at 5:00 PM ET (4:00 PM CT) and UProfit starts the trading day at 6:00 PM ET (5:00 PM CT); a daily loss limit counts from that reset, not from midnight.

A consistency rule caps how much of the total profit one day may carry. Take Profit Trader and UProfit cap any single day at 50% of total profit, so it takes at least 2 profitable days to finish inside the rule. One day may then carry at most $1,500 of a $3,000 target.

Take Profit Trader requires at least 3 trading days before a pass.

On automated trading — a strategy or bot sending the orders — at Take Profit Trader it is not allowed in the evaluation or on a funded account; UProfit has no written answer on record. Written answers: Take Profit Trader (read ).

Take Profit Trader and UProfit differ on one of the evaluation rules compared here, the daily loss limit. If you keep trading after a losing morning, look at what the daily loss limit does: Take Profit Trader has no daily loss limit; UProfit pauses the day at its daily loss limit on some plans and has no limit on others.

Once funded, the profit split is 80/20 (PRO) · 90/10 (PRO+) at Take Profit Trader and 90/10 (DAY 2.0) at UProfit. Payout terms — Take Profit Trader: Daily (PRO, once the buffer is reached); UProfit: Within 24h, up to $4,500 per payout. Take Profit Trader sells one evaluation model; UProfit sells 2 plans: DAY 2.0 Soft and DAY 2.0 Flex. Each plan carries its own version of the rules above, which is why they are listed plan by plan.
